Manuscript Submission Guidelines
At HillyFort Publication, we empower researchers and academicians to transform their knowledge into impactful publications. To ensure a smooth review process, please adhere to the following guidelines before submitting your proposal:
1. Scope of Publication
We are currently accepting original manuscripts in the following categories:
Agriculture: Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil Science, and Agricultural Engineering.
Science & Tech: B.Tech Research, AI, Robotics, and Environmental Sciences.
Academic: School Textbooks (K-12) and Higher Education Reference books.
Practical Guides: Laboratory Manuals and Field Workbooks.
2. Preparation of the Submission Package
Please do not submit the full manuscript in the first instance. Your initial submission should include:
Book Proposal: A brief overview of the book, its target audience, and why it is unique.
Table of Contents: A complete list of chapters and sub-topics.
Sample Chapters: At least two completed chapters (preferably the Introduction and one core technical chapter).
Author Bio: A short professional biography highlighting your academic credentials and research experience.
3. Formatting Requirements
File Format: All documents must be in MS Word (.doc or .docx) or Latex format.
Language: We accept manuscripts in English, Hindi, or Bilingual (Mix) formats.
Visuals: Ensure all diagrams, charts, and images are clear and have appropriate captions.
4. Plagiarism & Ethics Policy
HillyFort Publication maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy toward plagiarism.
All submissions must be original work.
Proper citations and references must be provided for all third-party data or previous research used.
5. How to Share Your Work
Since we prioritize data security, please follow these steps to share your files through our submission form:
Upload your submission package (Zip folder or individual files) to Google Drive.
Right-click the folder/file and select “Share”.
Change the Access to “Anyone with the link” and set the role to “Viewer”.
Copy the link and paste it into the “Manuscript Link” field in the form below.

Our Editorial Roadmap
What Happens After You Submit?
We value your hard work and research. To maintain transparency, here is our 5-step editorial journey for every manuscript we receive:
Step 1: Receipt Confirmation (Within 24 Hours)
As soon as you submit, our system logs your proposal. You will receive an automated confirmation, and a dedicated editor will be assigned to your project.
Step 2: Initial Screening (3-5 Business Days)
Our editorial board performs a preliminary check to ensure the manuscript aligns with our quality standards and subject categories (Agriculture, Science, or Education).
Step 3: Peer Review & Feedback (7-14 Business Days)
For technical research and textbooks, your work undergoes a blind review by subject matter experts. We will contact you with either an approval or constructive suggestions for improvement.
Step 4: Contract & Royalty Agreement
Once approved, we discuss the publishing terms, including royalty percentages, ISBN/ISSN allocation, and distribution rights. We believe in a transparent, author-first approach.
Step 5: Production & Global Launch
Our design team works on your book cover and layout. After final proofreading, your work is published and distributed across our physical and digital networks.
